Signer Groups allow multiple recipients to receive a signing request at the same time and sign in any order, removing unnecessary waiting between signers. Once everyone in the group has completed their signature, the document automatically continues through the remaining signing workflow according to the configured signing order. This is ideal for groups such as managers or directors where the order of signatures is not important.
Requirements
Signer Groups are available at no additional charge on QuicklySign and QuicklySign Financial. To enable this feature, please request access via the in-app chat or by emailing [email protected]. If you are an Enterprise user, access must first be approved by your company administrator.
Instructions
Navigate to your document or template during setup.
Under Who must sign?, click Configure.
Enable Signer Groups.
First add all required signers to the workflow.
Create a Signer Group.
Drag the relevant signers into the group and rename it accordingly.
If required, create additional signer groups to suit your workflow.
If you regularly use Signer Groups, you can enable this as the default within your Workspace Settings to avoid configuring it each time.

Expected Outcome
Signers that appear before a Signer Group in the workflow will receive and complete their signing request as normal. Once they have finished, all members of the Signer Group will receive their signing request simultaneously and may sign in any order. After every signer within the group has completed their signature, the workflow automatically continues to the next signatory according to the configured signing order, whether sequential or non-sequential.
Current Limitation
Signer Groups do not currently support a single member signing on behalf of the rest of the group. Every signer within the group must complete their own signature before the workflow can continue.
