New to QuicklySign? A document can be uploaded, prepared with fields, and sent for signature in just a few simple steps. This allows you to securely collect information & signatures from multiple signers while controlling the signing order and authentication method. Using this setup ensures a smooth signing experience for both you and your recipients.
Requirements
Document must be in PDF or Microsoft Office format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Permissions to create and send documents in QuicklySign (check with your account manager or use the in-app support chat)
Stable internet connection and supported browser (Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Edge)
1. Upload your document
Click New Document (Top Right)
Select Upload new document
Choose your file (PDF, Word, XLS, PPT) and click Open
Once uploaded, you’ll move to the setup screen.
2. Name your document
Give your document a clear name.
This will be linked to the email subject when you send it.
3. Add your signers
Enter the details of each person who needs to sign.
Click + Signer to add more people
Only add yourself if you need to sign after sending; you are able to Pre-sign before sending to anyone
4. Choose signing order
Decide how the document should be signed:

Choose how signers will access the document:
6. Add CC recipients (optional)
Add anyone who should receive a copy of the completed document and/or needs to track its progress in real-time.
They won’t be signing - just notified.
7. Add fields to your document
Use the toolbar to place fields where signatures or information are needed.
Click a field type, then click on the document to place it
Assign each field to a signer
Mark fields as required if needed
Tip:
Assign pre-filled fields to Me (Now) should you wish to prefill information/pre-sign before sending
8. Send the document
Click Request Signatures when you’re done.
Use Sign in-person if signing face-to-face
Expected Outcome
Document is sent successfully to all signers.
Signers receive signature requests in the chosen order and authentication method.
Fields are visible and editable only for the assigned signer.
Pre-filled fields (assigned to Me[Now]) cannot be amended by any signers.
