Instructions
You can create a Document Pack in one of three ways: using documents on your PC, merging multiple templates, or a combination of both.
Option 1: Create a pack using documents on your PC
Start by uploading one document from your device.
Once in setup, additional documents can be added using the Add New Document tab found below the Document Pack Settings section (after Who Must Sign).
Each uploaded document must be configured individually before sending.
Option 2: Merge multiple templates from the Templates landing page
Click on the Templates tab from the home screen.
Select the templates you wish to include in the pack.
Click Actions above the list, then select Create Document Pack.
This will create a pack in setup with all selected templates ready for configuration.
Option 3: Combination
You can start with either uploaded documents or templates, then add the other type using the Add New Document tab in setup.
Configure each document individually before sending.
Document Pack order
Rearrange documents by clicking and dragging to the preferred sequence.
Signers progress through the documents in this order.
Signers and visibility
All signers can view the full Document Pack, even if they only need to sign some documents.
Once signing is complete, all signers receive a confirmation email with copies of all documents.
Expected Outcome
The Document Pack is configured and sent in a single signature request. Signers progress through each document efficiently, fields are completed as assigned, and each document maintains its individual audit trail for compliance and record-keeping.
