Certain PDF documents generated by external systems may contain encoding or formatting issues that prevent them from uploading successfully. Resolving this typically requires preparing the document before reuploading.

FAQs
Why does my PDF fail to upload when other documents work fine? PDFs generated by external systems (such as accounting or ERP platforms) often contain complex layering of images, text, and tables. This encoding can conflict with the upload process. Printing to PDF flattens these layers and resolves the issue in most cases.
What are Microsoft Purview DLP settings and why would they affect my uploads? Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is a security tool used by organisations to restrict the transfer of sensitive files. If your IT team has enabled strict DLP policies, it may flag document uploads to external platforms — including QuicklySign. Whitelisting the QuicklySign URL resolves this.
Can I upload any Word or Excel file, or are there restrictions? Word and Excel uploads are supported but require feature enablement on your account. Contact the support team via the in-app chat to have this activated before attempting to upload in these formats.
