Once all parties have signed, QuicklySign automatically generates the final document and delivers it via email. In some cases, a formatting issue may prevent the document from generating correctly, leaving it stuck in a processing state.

FAQs
Why is my document stuck on "Generating" if all parties have signed?
A formatting issue within the document may have prevented the final version from being generated correctly. This is not related to the signing process itself and can typically be repaired by the Solutions team.
Will I still receive the final document via email once it has been repaired?
Yes, once the document has been repaired, the finalised copy will be made available for download. Please confirm with the Solutions team whether email redelivery is required.
Can I prevent this from happening in future?
In most cases this is caused by complex document formatting. Printing to PDF on known faulty documents before uploading (preferably using Adobe or Microsoft Print to PDF) can help reduce formatting issues that may affect document generation.
I can see signatures on screen but the document is not available yet.
Open the document on QuicklySign and scroll down to the audit trail. Check that all parties show as Completed and that a "Status marked as Complete" entry appears. If this entry is missing, ask the last signer to re-access the document and ensure they click the Submit button to finalise the signing process.
