Field Replication lets signers enter information once and have it automatically carried across all matching fields, either within the same document or across multiple documents in a pack. This saves time and reduces errors, particularly for documents requiring repeated details like name, address, or identification numbers. Field Replication must be set up per document or template and will not work automatically without configuration.

Instructions
Identify fields to link
Determine which fields should share the same information.
Update field names
Click on the first field and select Show Advanced Setup from the field menu.
Enter a clear Field Name.
Link additional fields
Repeat the process for all other fields you want to replicate.
Ensure exactly the same Field Name is used for each field.
Activate Field Replication
When matching field names are detected, the Use Field Replication checkbox appears.
Tick it to activate replication.
Select sync scope
Sync values within this document: Replicates data only within the current document.
Sync values between documents: Replicates data across multiple documents in the same Document Pack.
When syncing across documents, ensure the setting is applied to all relevant fields in every document.
Test replication
Preview the document or pack to confirm that entering data in one field populates all linked fields correctly.

Field Replication will not activate. Ensure names match perfectly, including spaces and capitalization.
Can replicated fields be pre-filled?
Yes. Pre-filled data [Fields that are assigned to Me(now)] will populate all linked fields when replication is enabled.
