Auto-initials save time and streamline document signing by automatically placing initial fields across pages or documents within a Document Pack. Signers can initial once and have it appear in all required locations, while still reviewing every field before finalising.
Requirements
Supported document formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Document contains pages where initials are required
Signers must be assigned to the initial fields
Instructions
Insert initial fields on the first page
Add an Initial field where each signer needs to initial.
Assign each field to the correct signer.
For multiple signers, place separate initial fields for each signer.
Repeat across pages
On the field menu, select Repeat across pages to replicate the initial block in the same position on all subsequent pages.
Scroll through the document to ensure the field does not cover any text.
Enable single-click initials/signatures for signers
Open Document Settings.
Tick Signers can click once to insert initials/signatures on all pages.
This allows signers to initial once instead of clicking on every page.
