Signing a document on a mobile phone is quick and straightforward. QuicklySign is fully web-based, so there’s no app to install and no registration required to sign. Simply open the signing link in your mobile browser and complete the document.
Please note: If you are directed to a registration page instead of your document, ensure that cookies are enabled on your device.
Instructions
Open the signing link received via email or SMS.
If prompted, enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) delivered via SMS. If the SMS does not arrive within 10 seconds, fallback options such as WhatsApp or voice call will appear.
Pinch and zoom as needed to navigate the document.
Tap any field requiring input, including text fields, initials, or signature fields.
For signatures, choose one of the following options:
Type - type your name to generate a signature
Draw - draw your signature directly on the screen with your finger
Upload - upload an image of your signature
Tap Save Changes to return to the document.
Complete any remaining fields and tap Submit at the bottom left of the screen to finalise the signing process.

Expected Outcome
Your signature and other input fields are recorded.
The document is fully submitted and moves to the next signer if applicable.
All actions are logged in the audit trail for compliance purposes.
FAQs
Do I need to register to sign?
No. Copy the signing link from your email or WhatsApp and paste it directly into your browser. Ensure cookies are enabled if you are redirected to a registration page.
What if the screen is greyed out?
Pinch to zoom out or refresh the page. This usually occurs if the document hasn’t fully loaded due to network issues.
What if I don’t receive my OTP?
Wait 15 seconds; fallback options via WhatsApp and voice call will appear automatically - The OTP is valid for 15 minutes.
Can I sign on any mobile browser?
Yes. QuicklySign works on all standard mobile browsers. Recommended: Chrome, Firefox, Edge. (Please avoid native browser built into the device browser - Copy the link and paste into one of the preferred browsers instead)
Can I save progress and return later?
Yes. Progress is saved automatically. Reopen the signing link to continue where you left off.
