Updating or Deleting branding

QuicklySign allows you to manage your branding themes so your workspace stays clean and organised. You can update logos and colours or delete themes you no longer need.

Requirements

  • Must have access to the workspace where the branding theme exists.

  • Administrator permissions to edit or delete branding.

Instructions

  1. Access Branding settings

    • Ensure you are in the correct workspace.

    • Click Workspace Admin (top left) > Branding.

  2. Update a branding theme

    • Select the theme you want to edit.

    • Update the logo, colours, or buttons as needed.

    • Click Save to apply changes.

  3. Delete a branding theme

    • Select the theme you want to remove.

    • Click Delete to remove it permanently from the workspace.

Expected Outcome

• Updated themes will reflect your new logo and colour scheme in all emails sent from the workspace.
• Deleted themes are permanently removed, keeping your workspace tidy.


FAQs

Can I delete a theme that is currently applied to documents?
Yes. Once you do so, any documents or templates linked to this (now deleted theme) will be linked to the default QuicklySign branding - Please revisit these templates and update each one individually.

Can I recover a deleted theme?
No. Once deleted, the branding theme cannot be restored.
