Get familiar with QuicklySign's layout and where to find key features. This guide walks you through the main areas of your screen so you can quickly access documents, manage settings, and get support when needed.

Top Left of your screen:

  1. Documents (Home)
    Return to your full list of documents.

  2. Workspace Admin
    Access workspace-level controls (admin permissions required).

  3. Manage Workspace
    Update workspace details, add or remove users, and rename workspaces.
    Only visible once a workspace is created and you have admin rights.

  4. Branding
    Configure your company logo for signing request emails.

  5. Support
    Access the full knowledge base.


Top Right of your screen:

Access the following:

  1. In-App Notifications
    Stay updated on documents that require your attention or have been completed.

  2. Main Menu (Click Your Name)
    Access the following:

  3. Profile Settings – Update your name, security settings, and signature

  4. Personal Space – Store confidential documents you’ve sent or signed

  5. My Address Book – Manage frequent signer details

  6. Recycle Bin – View deleted items (retained for 30 days)

  7. Switch / Create Workspaces – Move between personal and shared workspaces

  8. Log Out – Sign out of your account


Bottom Right of Your Screen (Support Access)

  • Click the chat widget

  • Select “Send us a message”

  • Start a conversation with the Solutions team
    Available during office hours

You can confidently navigate QuicklySign, access key features, manage your workspace, and locate support when needed without assistance.


FAQs

What is the difference between Personal Space and a Workspace?

Personal Space is used for confidential documents, while Workspaces are shared environments for team collaboration.

Why can’t I see Workspace Admin options?

This is only available to users with admin permissions within a workspace.

Where can I find deleted documents?

Deleted documents are stored in the Recycle Bin for 30 days before being permanently removed.
