Instructions
Step 1: Creating a Workspace
Click the button in the top right corner next to your name.
Select Create a Workspace.
Enter a name for the workspace and click Save.
The workspace is now ready for users to be added.
By default, the creator of the workspace is automatically assigned Admin rights. Admins can configure branding, add/remove users, and assign admin rights to others.

Step 2: Adding Users to a Workspace
Ensure you are in the correct workspace (workspace name appears next to your name in the top right corner).
Click Workspace Admin, then Manage Workspace.
Enter the name and email address of the member you want to add.
Tick Administrator if you want the member to have admin rights.
Click Add user, then Save.
Invited members will receive an email invitation. If a user does not join in time, remove and re-add them.

Step 3: Managing Existing Members
In Manage Workspace, you can remove members by selecting them and clicking Remove.
To change admin rights for existing members, tick or untick Admin next to their name and click Save.
Expected Outcome
A workspace is created and visible under your account.
Added members can access documents and templates in the workspace.
Admins can manage workspace settings and user permissions.
FAQs
What do Admin rights allow, and can multiple users have them?
Yes. Multiple users within a workspace can be assigned Admin rights. Admins can add or remove workspace members, assign Admin permissions to others, and manage workspace branding and default settings.
Do members need a QuicklySign account?
Yes. They must have an active (Paid) account to access the workspace.
Can a user belong to multiple workspaces?
Yes. Users can be added to multiple workspaces, giving them access to documents and templates in each workspace they are part of.
Do I need to share my workspaces with others?
No. Workspaces can be created solely for organizing your own documents and templates. Sharing is optional and only necessary if you want colleagues to access the workspace.
How do I switch between workspaces?
Click the workspace name next to your profile in the top right corner and select the workspace you want to access.
