Setting Up Email Branding

Written by Thandolwethu Mbatha

Email branding allows you to customise the appearance of emails sent from QuicklySign, including logos, colours, and buttons, ensuring a professional and consistent experience for recipients.

Requirements

  • You must have access to a workspace.

  • Administrator permissions in the workspace to configure branding.

Instructions

    • Branding setup is tied to a workspace. If you haven’t already, create a workspace before configuring branding.

    • Each workspace is independent, so branding cannot be duplicated across workspaces.

    • Even if you'll be working in your personal capacity, please create a new workspace.

  1. Access Branding settings

    • Click Workspace Admin in the top right corner.

    • Select Branding.

  2. Create a new branding theme

    • Click New Theme.

    • Enter a name for the theme.

    • Click Upload email header to add your logo.

  3. Customize theme appearance

    • Adjust the button, button text, email background, and email text colour using the built-in colour picker.

    • Click Save when finished.

  4. Apply branding to documents

    • For consistent use, set it as the default theme in your system preferences.

  5. Prepare multiple themes (optional)

    • You can create multiple branding themes per workspace and switch between them as needed.

Expected Outcome

• All emails sent from the workspace will reflect the selected branding theme.
• Recipients see a professional, customised email layout with your logo and chosen colours.
• Multiple branding themes allow flexibility for different use cases or departments.

FAQs

Can I use the same branding theme in multiple workspaces?
No. Each workspace is independent. You must create a separate branding theme for each workspace.

How do I ensure the correct branding theme is used whenever I prepare new documents?
You may default your system preferences - this will apply to any new documents and templates automatically.

Will the new theme auto-apply to my existing Templates and Documents?
No, please update each existing template individually. VIEW each template, select Template settings and select your newly created branding here. Only new documents and templates will carry the default permissions.
