Bulk Actions for Documents and Templates

Bulk actions allow you to move, copy, or delete multiple documents or templates at once. This saves time when reorganizing content, cleaning up your account, or duplicating items without opening each one individually.

Requirements

  • Access to the Documents or Templates section

  • Permissions to move or delete items within the workspace

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your Documents or Templates list.

  2. Use the checkboxes next to each item to select the documents or templates you want to manage.

    • Select individual items, or use Select all to include everything on the page (20 items per page).

  3. Click Actions at the top of the list.

  4. Choose the action you want to perform:

    • Copy – duplicate selected items within the workspace

    • Move – transfer items to another workspace or folder

    • Delete – remove items (will be moved to the Recycle Bin)

  5. Confirm your choice to complete the bulk action.

Expected Outcome

  • Selected items are copied, moved, or deleted based on your choice.

  • Deleted items can be recovered from the Recycle Bin if needed.

FAQs

Can I select items across multiple pages?
Bulk selection works per page; repeat the process for additional pages.


Can deleted documents be restored in bulk?
Yes, documents in the Recycle Bin can be recovered individually or in bulk.


Will moving documents affect other users in the workspace?
Only users with access to the destination workspace or folder will see the moved items.
