Reusable Forms allow signers to access and complete a document on their own without requiring you to send it individually. This feature is ideal for embedding forms on websites, sharing via email, or providing a self-service link, ensuring each signer gets a separate instance of the document. It streamlines workflows by enabling signers to complete forms at their convenience while maintaining security and compliance.
Requirements
Requires access to templates within QuicklySign.
OTP verification is recommended for security, especially when links are publicly accessible.
This feature is suitable for legitimate workflows only; usage for spam, sales blasts, or unsolicited marketing communications is not permitted.
Instructions
Create or Select a Template
Upload a new template or convert an existing document into a reusable template.
Enable Reusable Form Link
Navigate to Template Settings.
Copy the Reusable Form Link provided.
Test the Link
Paste the link into a browser to verify the document opens correctly. (Try doing so in an incognito/private window to avoid system recognizing you as a user whilst logged in)
Share the Link
Embed on your website, include in emails, or distribute via other secure channels.
Configure OTPs (Optional but Recommended)
Expected Outcome
Each signer accessing the reusable link generates a unique document instance.
Signers are guided through the signing process with optional OTP verification.
Completed documents are stored in your QuicklySign account, maintaining audit and compliance records.

Can I restrict access to certain signers?
No. Anyone with the link can access the reusable form. OTP verification is recommended to ensure security.
Can I track who uses the reusable link?
Yes. Each completed document is tied to the signer, allowing you to track submissions and maintain records. Documents that have been left incomplete will also appear on your list of documents (Setup mode)
