Undo / Redo Buttons

Made a change you didn’t want? Easily reverse or reapply actions to keep your document exactly how you want it.

Main Functionality

Undo

Reverses your most recent action.

  • Restores deleted fields or elements

  • Can be used multiple times to step back through previous actions

  • Useful when removing fields or making unintended changes

Redo

Reapplies the last action that was undone.

  • Restores changes after using Undo

  • Allows you to move forward again if you reversed an action by mistake

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Undo: Ctrl + Z (Windows) or Cmd + Z (Mac)

  • Redo: Ctrl + Y (Windows) or Cmd + Y (Mac)

Additional Notes

  • The Undo and Redo buttons are always visible on the right-hand side of the document setup screen

  • Buttons will appear greyed out when there are no actions available to undo or redo

Expected Outcome

You can confidently make changes during document setup, knowing that any action can be reversed or reapplied without losing progress.

FAQs

Can I undo multiple actions at once?

Undo can be applied repeatedly to reverse multiple actions step by step.

Why is the Undo or Redo button greyed out?

This means there are no actions available to undo or redo at that moment.

Can a deleted document be undone?

No. Once a document is deleted during setup, this cannot be undone. You will need to reupload the document again.
