Document containing pre-filled fields or previously entered data
Permissions to edit the document before sending
Instructions
Select the fields containing the data you want to clear.
Click Empty selected fields.
Verify that the fields are now empty before proceeding.
Use Cases:
Reverting to setup: Reset fields when returning a document to its original state.
Creating document copies: Remove existing data to reuse a template for a new recipient without altering the field layout.
Note: This action cannot be undone. Ensure you really want to clear the fields before proceeding.
