QuicklyFill Fields

QuicklyFill Fields allows you to prepopulate text fields during document setup without scrolling through the entire document. This improves efficiency when working with long documents or templates with multiple fields, making setup faster and more accurate.


Requirements

  • This is a pilot feature. Please request access via the in-app chat or by emailing [email protected]

  • Available during document setup only

  • Supports text fields only

  • Text fields must be renamed to appear in the list


Instructions

  1. Navigate to your document during setup.

  2. Ensure that text fields across all documents are renamed for accuracy:

    • Select the text field

    • Click Advanced Settings

    • Rename the text field (e.g. Full Name, Client ID)

  3. Click on QuicklyFill Fields (located below Document Settings).

  4. Open the QuicklyFill console.

  5. Enter the required information into the listed text fields.

  6. Click Scroll to Field to jump to a specific field within the document if needed.

  7. If multiple documents are included, use the dropdown to switch between them.

Expected Outcome

Text fields are prepopulated quickly without manually scrolling through the document. Users can easily locate and complete fields, improving setup speed and reducing errors.


FAQs

Why canโ€™t I see all my text fields in the QuicklyFill list?
Only renamed text fields will appear in the list. Ensure all required fields have been properly renamed.

Can I use QuicklyFill Fields during signing?
No, this feature is only available during the document setup phase at the moment.

Does this work for other field types like signatures, check boxes or choice?
No, this feature is exclusive to text fields only.
