QuicklySign offers three signing platforms, each suited to different use cases, as well as Bundle and Enterprise plans for organisations with additional requirements.
Standard Plans
QuicklySign App
QuicklySign App - This is our general signing platform. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is not required by default, but can be enabled where required. Each user has access to 100 documents monthly.
QuicklySign Financial
QuicklySign Financial - Designed with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) in mind, this platform requires 2FA by default when documents are signed. Signers must enter a one-time PIN (OTP) sent to their mobile phone, in addition to accessing the document via the emailed signature request.
Because FSPs typically require enhanced security protocols, we strongly recommend using QuicklySign Financial for any documents intended for submission to a financial institution. This ensures 2FA is automatically enforced - reducing the risk of oversight and helping your documents remain compliant with FSP expectations, with no additional setup needed on your part. Each user has access to 100 documents monthly.
Bundle Plan
The Bundle Plan is recommended for organisations with large groups of users who each require relatively low document volumes, or for organisations that require API access.
Multiple users share a common pool of documents included in the bundle.
Users must generally use the same email domain. For example, all users would need to use the same @company.co.za email address.
The Bundle Plan can be used with either QuicklySign App or QuicklySign Financial.
API access is included with the Bundle Plan.
The Bundle Plan is suited to organisations that need shared document volumes across multiple users without requiring a fully customised eSign platform.
Enterprise Plan
QuicklySign Enterprise is a fully white-labelled solution designed for organisations requiring a customised eSign platform.
An Enterprise solution can include:
A custom eSign site
Custom domains
Custom branding
API access
Single Sign On Configuration
Custom features and functionality aligned with your organisation's requirements
Other integrations and configuration options based on your business needs
Unlike the Bundle Plan, Enterprise provides a customised eSign environment that can be aligned with your organisation's brand, workflows and technical requirements.
FAQs
I am a Financial Advisor. Should I use QuicklySign Financial?
Yes. QuicklySign Financial is designed with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) in mind and requires 2FA by default when documents are signed. This makes it the recommended platform for financial advisors and documents intended for submission to financial institutions.
What is the difference between the Bundle Plan and the standard QuicklySign plans?
The Bundle Plan allows multiple users to share a common pool of documents and is recommended for larger groups of users with lower individual document volumes. Users must generally share the same email domain.
API access is only available on the Bundle Plan or as part of an Enterprise solution. The Bundle Plan can be used with either QuicklySign App or QuicklySign Financial.
When would I need an Enterprise Plan?
The Enterprise Plan is intended for organisations that require a fully white-labelled eSign solution, including a custom site, domain, branding, API access and other custom features or integrations aligned with their requirements.
