QuickScroll

QuickScroll makes navigating long documents effortless. A small pop-out box appears on the far left of your screen when viewing lengthy documents, allowing you to move through pages quickly and efficiently.


Requirements

QuickScroll is available for all users when viewing documents within QuicklySign. No additional setup is required.

Instructions

  1. Open a long document
    Navigate to any document that has multiple pages. QuickScroll will appear automatically on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. Use QuickScroll to navigate

    • Jump to the end – Click “Jump to End ↓” to go directly to the last page.

    • Return to the top – Click “Jump to Start ↑” to go back to the first page.

    • Scroll in between – Hover your mouse over the QuickScroll section and scroll here to move through pages faster.


  3. Continue working
    Use QuickScroll while editing or reviewing the document to easily navigate between sections without losing your place.

FAQs

Can QuickScroll be hidden?
Yes, QuickScroll appears automatically on long documents and does not interfere with document fields or editing. Simply click the arrow on the far left (centre) to hide the pop-out menu

Does QuickScroll affect printing or exporting?
No, QuickScroll is a navigation tool available during setup only; it does not appear on the final PDF or exported document.
