Linking your branding to your documents

To ensure that your signers receive your signature requests with the branding you've created, you need to link the two before sending your documents out for signature.

You can do this for both your documents and templates.

  1. Once you've setup your branding, go to 'Documents' and create a document
  2. Before clicking 'Request Signatures' at the end of your setup, go to the 'Document settings' and select your branding under 'Choose branding'
  3. When you click 'Request Signatures' the signature request email your signer(s) receive will have your theme.
