FAQs

Why are no mapping options appearing?
Mapping is likely not enabled or the client has not been fetched. Ensure both steps are completed before mapping. Contact support via the in-app chat to request access.

Do I need to map fields every time I send a document?
No. When using templates, mapping is saved and reused for future documents.

What happens if client data changes in Xplan?
Updated data will be pulled when the client is fetched again before sending the document.
