Document Completion

If you notice that a signer has completed signing a document, but:

• the document status is still 'awaiting signatures',
• it hasn't moved on to the next signer,
• you haven't received notification that the document has been signed

It might be that the signer has not yet submitted the document and what you are seeing is the document completion process in real-time.

To confirm, check that the document is not still sitting with one of the signers, that everyone signed. If you find that any of the required completion confirmations are outstanding, contact the signer and ask them to hit the 'Submit' button at the bottom of their screen, to finalise the process.
