Supported Document Formats
QuicklySign now supports uploading Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly to the platform - no need to convert your documents to PDF before sending. This makes it faster and easier to get your documents ready for signing without any extra steps.
Requirements
This feature is currently in pilot and is not available by default. No additional charges apply - Please contact the Solutions team via the in-app chat (bottom right) or at Support@quicklysign.com to have this feature enabled.
Uploading Microsoft Documents
- Navigate to New Document
- Select “Upload new document” or “use an existing template”.
- Select your Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), or PowerPoint (.pptx) file from your device.
- Select your first document required to begin the setup process

Important: Making changes to Uploaded Documents
Once a document has been uploaded, changes cannot be made to the source document within QuicklySign. If you need to make edits before sending, you will need to replace the backing file during the setup process.
- To replace the file, click Replace Document during setup before finalising.
- Select the updated file from your device and continue with setup. Fields that have already been placed will not be lost and can be repositioned thereafter.

Expected Outcome
Your Microsoft Office document will be uploaded and ready for signature field placement, just like a PDF. If a replacement was made, the updated file will reflect in your document setup. Recipients will receive and sign the document as normal. Final copies will be returned to all parties in PDF format.
