Did you know that frequently-used signatory details are stored securely on QuicklySign for your setup convenience?


Once a signatory completes a document, their details are automatically added to your address book. For your convenience, the suggested contact appears during setup as you type their details under “Who Must Sign”:

Simply select the preferred contact, and their details will prepopulate automatically.

Updating your contact list:

If a contact’s details change, you can easily update them in your address book.

Please click on your name (top right corner) to open the navigation menu, then select Address Book. Search for the contact, edit their details, and save your changes.

Now search for the contact needing to be updated and make the necessary changes:

Deleting old signatories:

To keep your list tidy, you can also remove any contacts you no longer need from the same screen.

Your updated contact details will be available immediately for your next document setup.
