Can I perform bulk actions?

Yes, you can move, copy, or delete multiple documents or templates at once. This is the fastest way to clean up, reorganize, or duplicate content without opening each item individually:

1. Go to your Documents or Templates list.

   Use the checkboxes next to each item to select what you need.

   • Select individual items, or
   • Use Select all to include everything on the page (Selects 20 at a time).

2. Once selected, click Actions at the top of the list.

   Choose the action you want:

   • Copy to duplicate items
   • Move to place items in another workspace or folder
   • Delete to remove items  (Will be moved to recycle bin - bulk restore available)
3. Confirm your choice to complete the bulk action.
