Profile Settings
To access your 'Profile':
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page,
- Click on 'Profile' which will be one of the dropdown options.

User Details
You can update your name and set up your signature and initials from your Profile. These details are used when you sign documents.
Please note:
- Your profile always stores the most recent version of your signature.
- If you have a typed signature saved and you upload a signature image while signing a document, the uploaded image becomes your new saved signature.
- After your email address and mobile number are verified, they cannot be changed. Any updates must be requested by emailing support@quicklysign.com.
- Advanced Settings is only for API integration. Contact sales@quicklysign.com for more information regarding API integration.

Two-factor Authentication
To further secure your account, you can add an additional layer of security to your account, by setting up two-factor authentication (Highly Recommended).
Authentication Options:

Personal PIN:
Allows you to set up a fixed pin of your choice.

SMS One-Time Pin:
Allows you to have a unique code sent to you via SMS each time you login.

Authenticator PIN:
Requires you to download an Authenticator App to your mobile device to make use of this time-based OTP option. We recommend Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
