User Profile

To access your 'Profile':

1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page, 
2. then click 'Profile'

User Details

You can preconfigure your signature and initials for when you sign documents, as well as update your name from your 'Profile'. 

Please note:

• The signature and initial stored against your profile will always be the most recently applied version of your signature
  i.e. if you opt to preconfigure a typed signature and a document you need to sign requires an image upload of your signature; that uploaded image will replace the typed signature stored against your profile
• Once your email address and mobile number have been verified, you are not able to update them; a formal change request would need to be emailed to support@quicklysign.com.

**The 'Advanced Settings' are for API related integration.

Two-factor Authentication

To further secure your account, you can add an additional later of security to your account, by setting up two-factor authentication (Highly Recommended).

Authentication Options:

• Personal PIN:
  Allows you to setup a fixed pin of your choice.
• SMS One-Time Pin: 
  Allows you to have a unique code sent to you via SMS each time you login.
• Google Authenticator PIN:
  Requires you to download the Google Authenticator App to your mobile device to make use of this time-based OTP option
