What do I do if I entered the wrong email address?

  1. Should the signing request fail to deliver, you will receive an email notification advising you of the reason it has failed. You may click the link in the email received to update the email address or;
  2. Find the document in your Documents list then click on 'View' under the 'Actions' column on the right.
  3. The signers will show at the top of the page - go to the signer whose email address is wrong and click on the dropdown next to 'Actions' then click on 'Edit Signer Details'.
    1. You can only 'Edit signer details' for signers who have not yet signed.

Please note:

  • This will not interrupt the signing process.
