Is it possible to send multiple documents to a signer in one go?
Yes, you can send multiple documents to a signer at the same time by creating a Document Pack.
If you have a set of related documents or templates that need to go to the same signer or group of signers, you can group them into a single Document Pack and send one signature request instead of multiple separate emails.
Signers are guided through each document step by step and only asked to complete the fields assigned to them, making the process clear and efficient. Once signing is complete, each document is finalised individually and includes its own audit trail for compliance and record keeping.
Please note:
- During setup, each uploaded document must be configured individually before sending.
- All signers will have visibility of the full Document Pack, regardless of whether they’re required to sign every document or just a few.
- Once all signers have completed the Document Pack, each of them will receive a copy of all the documents via the usual confirmation email.
This can be done by either:
- Uploading new documents
- Using existing templates
Uploading new documents
Begin by uploading one of the documents, then click ' Upload new document' to add the additional documents - once uploaded, continue with the setup as normal.
Using existing templates
This can be done in one of two ways:
- From the template list
- From the document pack
From the template list
Begin by selecting the required templates then under ' Actions' then click 'Create document pack' - once created proceed to setup as usual.
NB: please remember to update the document pack name during setup.
If you have already started setting up a document and wish to include additional (existing) templates, click ' Add New Document' then 'Use existing template'. From the list, select your desired templates then click 'Import selected template(s)' - once imported, continue with the setup as usual.

Should you wish for your signers to go through the documents in a specific order, you can easily rearrange them by clicking and dragging the documents into your preferred sequence.
