Is there an easy way to send the same document out many times?

Yes, there is. 

You are able to send using one of the following methods:

  1. Via a reusable template
  2. a reusable form (Hyperlinked to your Website or bulk email
  3. Send in bulk (Spreadsheet-driven, like a mail merge)*

A Template


A 'template' allows you to reuse the same generic version of a document many times, for different signers, without having to set it up each time.

Each time you use a template to send documents to new signers, the newly generated document or document pack will appear on your document list under 'Documents'.

As this would be a document you use frequently, you’re welcome to save certain information that will always be entered into the template (Eg: Broker/Agent name, your company address etc)

A Reusable form


A 'reusable form' allows you to circulate a reusable link for signers to initiate the signing process themselves as opposed to you having to login to send the document(s) to them. 

Anyone with the link can complete the document(s) the link originates from. This is a great way to hyperlink blank documents to your website for the public to access.

Simply create a new template and head to Template Settings to obtain the reusable link. You can then paste into your browser to test.

Note:

  • We recommend keeping OTPs enabled for the best signer experience.

If OTPs are disabled, the system will send a one-time PIN to the signer’s email as a security fallback.

Mobile-based OTPs are usually easier and faster for signers, as we deliver them via SMS, WhatsApp, or voice call. 




Bulk Send


Bulk Send is a feature that allows you to send the same documents at once to a list of clients, separately. Bulk Send is not included in standard QuicklySign subscriptions and is billed separately* on a “per-document” basis, as it’s designed for high-volume, personalised document distribution.
